State of the Art Gallery respects your privacy. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, and we use it only for the purpose you gave it for. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website.
Information we collect
You can browse this website without telling us who you are. We collect information only when you:
- Enter a show: your name, contact details and information about your artwork, so we can review your entry, contact you and display and sell accepted work.
- Join our newsletter: your name and email address, so we can send you gallery news. Our newsletter is sent through Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
- Contact us: the name, email address and message you send through our contact form, so we can reply.
- Buy artwork: the name, address, email and phone number needed to process and deliver your order. Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Use an artist member account: member artists’ login details and the artwork information they add, so they can manage their listings.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping items in your shopping cart and keeping member artists logged in. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which may set its own cookies.
How we share information
We share information only with the services that help us run the gallery (PayPal for payments, Mailchimp for our newsletter, and our website host), and only as needed to provide what you asked for, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
