Seeing Ithaca Through the Eyes of Artists
August 6 to August 30, 2026
Current gallery members and invited guests present works inspired by our town, Ithaca. The opening reception will take place on Friday, August 7, from 5-8 p.m.

Featured Artist: Barb Behrmann
This is Barbara’s 8th year on the Greater Ithaca Art Trail. Visit her studio during two consecutive weekends in October: Saturday and Sunday, October 10 and 11, and October 17 and 18. Hours are 11:00-5:00. Go to Art Trail to learn more. Please visit her solo show of contemporary art quilts, “Stitched Horizons: Explorations in Color” at the Orazio Saluti Gallery at 204 State Street in Binghamton. The opening reception will take place on Friday, October 2, with another reception on Friday, November 6. Both events are part of Binghamton’s First Friday Art Walk. Hours for both receptions are 6:00-9:00.

Special Events
Art In Bloom 2026
For Art in Bloom, designers from the Ithaca Garden Club will each select a piece of art from the August show and design a flower arrangement to reflect upon the art. The arrangements will be in the gallery for the weekend, August 21–23.

First Friday
We host an opening reception for our new shows from 5:00–8:00
Look Club
Katrina Morse, Patty Brown, and Carol Spence will be hosting Look Club at the gallery to look at the artwork on display. Learn about different types of artwork and how to talk about art. What do you see? How does it resonate with you?
This event is usually held every second Sunday from 2–3pm. However, due to a conflict, the next Look Club will be on August 16, 2026.

Annemiek Haralson
Annemiek has a palette in Palettes of Keuka in Hammondsport, NY. Artists have painted large palettes which will be on display throughout Hammondsport and around Keuka Lake July through September. The palettes will be auctioned off September 5, 1 p.m. on the Village Square in Hammondsport.
Katrina Morse
Katrina has paintings on display and notecards for sale throughout August and September at August Moon Spa at La Tourelle, 1150 Danby Road, Ithaca. Open daily 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
Barbara Behrman
Barbara is one of 36 artists participating in the Greater Ithaca Art Trail Group Exhibit. The show takes place in the CAP Artspace located at 110 N. Tioga Street. An opening reception will take place on Gallery Night, Friday, August 7, from 5–8 p.m.
Eva M. Capobianco
Eva has one piece in the Layered Processes exhibit at Main Street Arts in Clifton Springs, NY. The show runs July 25–August 29.
Eva will also show work at the Satori Salon August 4–September 12.
Harry Littell at Southworks
Harry will celebrate the publication of his new book, Factory Stories, at SouthWorks with a public book launch at FOUND in Ithaca, 620 South Aurora Street. The book combines photographs of the former Morse Chain/ BorgWarner/ Emerson Power Transmission factory with interviews and portraits of people who once worked at the plant. The book launch will be Thursday, August 6, 4–7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public
Susan C. Larkin
Susan is showing work in the show Fur, Feathers and Fins at Image City Photography Gallery, Rochester, NY. The show runs July 14–August 9. There will be a reception July 17, 5–8:30
