Work from
Darcy Binns and Cindy Kaufman.
Darcy Binns’s nonrepresentational acrylic landscapes are inspired by her daily walks. “Amazed by nature’s endless process of transforming one thing into another, I use upcylced corrugated cardboard as my canvas. I scribble and scrawl, coat and uncover as I search for the right balance between the abstract and the representational.”
Cindy Kaufman writes “the paintings in this show aim to capture the emotional essence I feel in the natural spaces around us, with landscapes as well as meadow and garden flowers. Painting in a more abstract illustrative style, I focus on capturing the colors, light, and movement seen in nature rather than realistic detail.
The show will run from March 5 until March 29, 2026. There will be an opening reception Friday, March 6, 5–8pm.
